Eighth Subhakamana Cup Cricket Tournament has kicked off in Baitadi of the Far Western Region from Tuesday. The tournament is organized by the United Youth of Nepal and the Baitadi District Cricket Association.
Apart from Baitadi the tournament is being held at Dehimandau, Melauli, Sundarkhali and Gokuleshwar in the district.
The tournament is participated by thirty six teams and the winner will get a purse of Rs 1,11,111 along with trophy and certificate. Likewise runner up team will receive a cash prize of Rs 55,555 while third team receives Rs 25,525 with trophy and certificates. The fourth semi-finalist team will also get consolation prize of Rs. 15,515 with trophy and certificates.
The tournament will last until October 15.
